Hi,
It looks like employee senthilkumar marked it solved.
The thread appears to be locked because there have been no entries for [a long time] the system is set to close/lock threads after a period of inactivity. I think it's 60 days but don't quote me

Hi,
The system allows you to edit a message for about one hour. After that it is locked.
Hope this helps

Hello durdle
I did make the request to the mod, however, I haven't been here since that night. I did find when I got here tonight a PM asking which post you wanted to be the one that solved the thread. Actually, there isn't a post in that thread that solved the problem since it was the new patch that did it. The Mods can not add a new post to the old thread, however, they can mark the thread as solved and I see that it has been marked as solved. If I had come back sooner, I would have asked you which post you wanted to be marked as the one that solved the problem. Thanks.
Success always occurs in private and failure in full view.

Guru's can mark a thread as solved (As Krusty13 suggested) - however, when I looked at it initially, it does not appear there is a solution posted in the original thread that fixed the situation.
You stated in this thread that the 19.8.0.14 update solved your problem in the other thread. Since we can not get back into that thread (not even sure about admins making an additional post in a closed thread) - so I will go back and mark it as solved by Senthil in the post he said they duplicated it and are tracking it. That is the best I can do and I hope it meets with your approval.
Hopefully that will permit you to close out this post as solved also and you are hapy with the outcome.
I am the guilty party who selected which post and marked it as the soultion as explained above - so that answers that question.
