It's been awhile since i've logged into this site and its been since March that I posted anything. When I tried to logon the other day it tells me that my email address needed verified so I hit the ok button and waited. Today I logged in and of course I can't post because of the email needing verified. Well I go into to have it resent and it tell me that my email address has been banned. Can someone tell me how I can find out why? I had to put in a generic Live account.

I've asked a moderator to step in on this since they can deal with access matters.

I've no idea what has happened but they will be able to deal with it.

Hi mb40sr, I reviewed the logs and it was as I suspected. Here's what happened:

- You received an email notifying you of a new post to a thread

- In mid-March, you reviewed the email, and clicked a link in the email for "Don't want to receive emails from us? Just click here."

- Since we require email verification for the forum, clicking this link will restrict your access, which is why you weren't able to use that email address for the account.

I've since lifted the ban, and you can update your account with your preferred email address. In the future, if you wish to modify your subscriptions, you can do this through My Settings > Subscriptions & Bookmarks > Email Subscriptions. I apologize for the inconvenience.
