Forum format screen changed?

Has the format for the forum screen changed or has something changed on my PC? Normally if the format changes, there are a lot of threads commenting on the changes. I don't think I've read about any changes, that is why I'm questioning a format change I see.

Windows 7 Home SP1 - IE 9.0.8112.16421 - NIS 2012 19.9.1.14 - Ghost Ver 15.0.1.36526 - Dell Optiplex GX280 PC.

Mo, Thank for pointing that post out, I don't know how I missed it. I knew something was different, when I went to log in and the "Login" Icon wasn't where it was suppose to be. Then everything sort of looks bleached out. Oh well, I'll get used to the new changes again.
