Kudos to the members of the Norton Forum.

Hey everyone:

I wanted to take a few seconds to compliment all the very responsive people,

both Symantec and Volunteer for taking their time to work with me on certain

issues. No question in my mind that there is some great talent here; and I have

used many vendor forums in my time. I have learned much and still am still

learning. It is a bit of an honor to help contribute here.

Believe it or not, I have great faith that NIS and other Norton products have a

bright future ahead of them, partly by all of your efforts.

Good work! :smileyvery-happy:

AB

I completely agree with you -- I've been working Forum Support since the days of Norton Desktop for Windows and this is one of the best I've ever been in.

Great skills and a very friendly atmosphere especially towards newcomers with problems they don't understand .... which all of us should identify with ... unless we have short memories ...

I know from experience elsewhere that a tremendous amount depends on the skill of the Moderators working behind the scenes to stop tensions from building up and keeping thread drift manageable
