For Forum Moderator or Symantec employee,
I have been noticing a minor issue which would be good to resolve if possible. I find when I am offering assistance to another user by responding to their post and then when I click on their user name it always shows their Date Last Visited with a date/time stamp which matches the time of *my* response.
Since I noticed this so many times I performed a couple of tests. First I would click on their user name (before responding) and see that the Date Last Visited was some time in the past and they were currently Offline. Then I responded to their post and refreshed the screen where I was viewing their profile. I find that it is very consistent, their Date Last Visited then updates to the time of *my* response.
Has anyone else noticed this?
Thanks
Allen

I've noticed issues with the time but it seems as though it is showing the date/time of last activity rather than last visit i.e. They can be on-line but if they aren't doing anything, other than being logged on, then the time does not change.
Hi mdturner,
This one is specifically when they are Offline both just before and just after my response to their post and yet the Date Last Visited always updates to the time of my post, er I mean response.
Thanks

Anyone noticed that threads you have marked as read or even actually read suddenly appear again the next day as all unread?
I've seen a few today that I know I read or marked yesterday.
Most nights before I close down I mark the whole community as read .....

That seems to happen quite frequently when I am dealing with posts. Like huwyngr I have everything "read" before I log off in the evenings and see threads the next time I log on showing as having unread posts but nothing added to them - is it perhaps mod intervention?
I get the same issue even during the day.

Hi All,
Thats an interesting catch. But I'm going to test this out now by replying to Yaso's message. Yaso is currently shown as offline and here is the screenshot of Yaso's status before posting.
