Hi everyone,
You may have noticed a new feature on the forums: the Me Too button. We've recently enabled this feature for all community members. Here's how it works:
- For the first post in a thread: if you're having the same issue as the customer posting the initial post in a thread, and you don't have any new information to contribute, you can click the "Me Too" button.
- For a solution in a thread: if you were experiencing the same issue, tried the solution, and it also solved your issues, you can click the "Me Too" button.
If you feel like posting a reply to the thread, please do so. We don't want to discourage you from post, but rather encourage the more timid forum members let us know how helpful the forums are.
Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks.

Hi Tony,
What a great idea! ![]()
One question I have is if I click the "Me Too" button, will that subscribe me to that thread?
Thanks, Dave.

Hi Dave, no it won't. You'll still need to either post or subscribe to the thread to become subscribed. Thanks for the great question.
