   Please check with IE with No-Addons. If it works well, please try to do a Reset from Internet Options-->Advanced.

Hello SUBASH_PRABU and thanks for your suggestion.  I went to "Start - All Programs - Accessories - System Tools" and clicked on "Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).  I then went to this Forum, it took about 10 seconds to load.  I restarted IE8 and again went to this Forum and it took about 12 seconds.  I already tried going to "Tools - Internet Options - Advanced - Reset" and I didn't notice any real difference.  For some reason the other day this was the only website that took about 30 seconds to load.  Today it's only taking about 12 seconds.  I don't think it was a problem with the Add-ons?

To rule out the Add-ons out of the equation I suggested the No Addons bit. I think the fluctuation in the loading time might be due to Network/Site Traffic.
