I'm using IE.

With IE 8 or 9 it looks like it should.

For some strange reason it only affects your first post in this thread as seen in the above image.  It doesn't affect your latest post or other posts of yours elsewhere,  and only with Firefox.

My guess is that when you first posted about this, the Norton Community site was having problems.  I have checked with IE9 and Chrome and don't see anything wrong,  except for what's in my image.

Of course we We also have this problem going on - although it cleans up with a refresh - BTW it has been reported to Norton.

The GHOSTING cleans up but the links at the bottom of the page still do not always work.

Haven't even seen your images yet, but I already know what you are talking about. I'm seeing the exact same thing top and bottom with Chrome 

scarfy has made a post about it also.
