When you click on someone's name to send a PM and then click on Send this user a Private Message, many times it brings up the compose window in a different IE tab loading on top of something which was already loaded to that tab. Or if you hold the Ctrl key while clicking on this, it should bring up the compose window in a new tab but still many times loads on top of an already existing tab.

I have IE8.

Has anyone else noticed this?
