I was wondering if a "drafts" folder could be introduced to the PM system? If one happens to be in the middle of writing a PM and is interrupted (and if one is not the type to just waste energy and leave the computer running), then it could be quite helpful to save the PM in a drafts folder and resume it at a later point. I suppose one could export the text to Word and then from Word back to the PM on continuing the message, but that would be a bit...laborious ;-)

Brilliant idea, have you tried out google notebook, tahts a quite nice way to save drafts and i think it has the similar functionality ...
I've also found out that sometimes i just want to save what i was going to say and finish the message or send it later as well on many forums but i havent yet seen one implementing it.
Would be nice if this forum had the option :)

Blogger.com, for example, has that system - it even auto-saves your post (while you're working on it) to a drafts folder to prevent the user from (accidentally) losing the post s/he is working on. So...what do the mods/staff/employees think? :-)

Something else just occurred to my birdbrain: would it be possible to send the same PM to more than one recipient, i.e. type in the names of two or more recipients in the "send to" slot of a PM?
Good question -- I tried it once and it didn't like it but there are so many permuations of separators -- spaces, commas, semicolons. I think I just tried spaces and it didn't work so I'll happily leave it to a moderator to reveal.

You can send to more than 1 recipient by seperating each one with a comma.
