Security Certificate error on the Community site.

Hi!

Quick question. When landing on http://community.norton.com/  with iE 8, I sometimes get a Security Certificate error.

"Some content on the webpage was being delivered using a faulty certificate. Security certificate problems might indicate an attempt to fool you or intercept any information you send to the website or server."

Why would that be?

TIA,

Hi Atomic_Blast,

Have you updated the Root Certificates on your PC lately?  Go to Windows Update, select the Custom install option and download any Root Certificate update that is available.  I am not getting any certificate alerts for this site.

Hi SendOfJive,

Most certainly did. In fact, that was the first thing I thought of. :smileyhappy:

It's intermittent and that's what is so odd about it.

TIA,
