I have just has a person give me a link on how to remove zeroaccess.
Users be careful
The instructions are somewhat stupid, dangerous and haha a standard user doing that. I have found a bunch of flaws in the instructions that don't match and so for instance the user following the instructions won't find what they are trying to find.
