I was looking at the user: http://community.norton.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/105802 and was surprised not to see the date and time they were last on.

 

Has something changed, is it a setting or is it something else that I have missed?

In My Settings > Preferences > Privacy, the option to "Show online status to:" can be set to "No one."
