New Member,  Having problems with NIS Identity Safe 2012.  See lots of posts about this but I can't 'Reply' to any of them!

Many old threads are closed to further posting.  You should be able to post to current threads, or start a new one if you need to reintroduce a topic that is no longer active.

Welcome Steve,

I will assume that it is new member excitement and not a dark and sinister plot against you personally. Before you can begin to enter any text for a reply the toolbar must be displayed - the one with the 'smiley' and the green tree. If you start before that the system gets confused and all sorts of things can happen.

Try to reply to this message

click on reply and wait until things settle down and then begin typing.

The other thing to watch for is the autosave. It functions often and can interrupt the flow you your typing or other activity - like trying to add a smiley to your message

Let us know how it goes. BTW what browser are you using?
