I tried to help my friend from reinstalling Norton back on the computer to remove this popups however when I downloaded Norton I can see a popup the same with This file contains a virus and was automatically removed ... I tried you Norton Power Eraser and still ... I tried to download anything still experiencing same issue ... I tried to create a new user account however still got that popup...
please help me..

Do you mean the pop up with the browser after you download a file??
As it is you give users instructions on how to remove malware so you should fix the problem yourself, see below.

All I did was give a copy of the modified post where you as a Malware Remover gave instructions to another user.
I think I know what in part is going on, and I did give instructions to a user for it, but it is NOT on the malware board.
Seeing as you give others removal instructions you will work it out.
