Good morning. I am having an issue that just started last night. First, I got some kind of malware stuff called S.M.A.R.T. Repair. It's some program that said my computer had many errors and they wanted me to buy their product to fix it. I found a site that gave me a license number so I was able to get my computer to at least boot up. BUT, I know this program is still lurking on my computer somewhere. I still have not figured out how to get it off. That brings me to issue #2. Now I an error on my Norton 360 that tells me I have a 3013,3 error. Norton power eraser comes up, and I hit scan and it restarts my computer, but it will not resolve the issue. Below is the link to the first issue I had. Anyone know what's going on and how to fix it. I am running windows 7 32 bit with Norton 360.

Hi slooo044,
Please have a look at this Norton KB article: https://www-secure.symantec.com/norton-support/jsp
I know you said you ran the Norton Power Eraser (NPE) and it did not resolve the issue - do you mean the NPE ran to completion with nothing found?
Please continue thru all the steps listed n the KB and let us know where you are at.
Please keep us posted if you run into any problems.
