I have a new computer that needs Norton 360, but it would exceed the allowable installations (3), so I followed instructions to uninstall the program on my old computer. This did not "free up" the installation for the new computer as the instructions said it would. How can I gain access to activation for the new computer?

You will have to contact Symantec Customer Service at the link below (for US and Canada); you can use the chat feature for free; explain your situation to the support agent, and s/he will reset your activations for you. This process is usually very quick:
