What exactly happens when you try to connect to Iphone & Ipad?
Do you receive any error messages?
Did you disable the Smart Firewall and check the connectivity?
Check if the device is shown in the Network Security Map, and try configuring it. You need to change the trust level to Full Trust for the devices. You can find detailed instructions for Norton 360 version 5.0(latest version) in the following link:
