Is there any way I can adjust my N360 3.0 to ignore this file? I have looked everywhere in the help files.
I have to continually restore the app file in order to use my program.
Thanks for your help.

Hello Xmm,
Welcome to the norton forum.
There is an option to "restore and exclude" a threat from the quarantine in Security History. There is a checkbox to exclude the risk from future scans in the "quarantine restore" window, which is by default checked. Have you unchecked this by any chance?
Are the false trojan detections pointing to the same .exe every time even after you chose to "Restore and Exclude" ?And can you please specify the full name of the trojan detected. Is it trojan.adh ?
Thanks

The file in question is the application's executable: multiset.exe
I have added attachments of the various pages that I see when N360 reports that it has saved me from my program one again.
I have looked for some way, check-box, etc. to make N360 ignore this file. I can find none.
the attachments were made with Microsoft's Snip screen capture tool. I hope you can view them.
Thank you for helping me.

You can add an exception to this exe by doing the following
1.Under Settings, click "Antivirus"
2. Navigate to the Scans and risks tab
3. Click configure against "Scan exclusions"
4.Add the particular exe under "scan exclusions and "real time protection exclusions"
btw... In your first post you had mentioned N360 v3. But the snapshots look like N360 v4. Can you please confirm the version.
Hope this helps
Thanks
