Norton 360

360 has detected some torjans that need to be removed. When i click okay to fix it says "working" for a fraction of a second then says not attempted.

Trojan.Paccyn!inf is what its called.

Please restart the computer in Safe Mode, and then run a full system scan with Norton 360. Check if it detects and removes the threats. If the problem persists, try the Norton Power Eraser:
