Hi, May I know Which product you have and its version.You can find this going to the Support menu in the main UI -> About Box.
Since how long you have this issue?
Have done a full system scan with the latest virus Defs recently ?
Which version of OS do you have ? Is it Win XP,Win 7,Vista with what Sevice Pack in the computer?

I have the latest version of Norton 360 Premier Edition.
I think I have had this issue since I renewed my subscription about a month ago.
I have Vista and no, I have not run a full system scan. I will do that now and let you know the results.
