Hi there, I have a network drive that's mapped to a drive and set to automatically reconnect upon logon. However, whenever I manually or automatically backup I receive an error message that it us unable to find the drive. But, if I navigate to the network drive and open the drive using Windows Explorer, then go back to Norton and re-trigger the backup it's able to start the backup.
Has anyone else encountered the same issue? I've searched the forum and have not found a similar post. Is there a way to avoid having to manually open the network drive for the backup to find the drive?

Which version of Norton 360 are you using? When you are setting up the backup, can you see the drive listed? If you able to post screenshots of the backup configuration page, and any error messages, that would be very helpful. Also, please reply with the full Norton 360 version. Thanks!
