Backup system failed

Scans files then get ProgramData/Norton\{OC55C096-OF1D-4F28-AAA2-85EF591126E7}/N360-5.1.0.29\Backup\4\OICC52D4BCD2100.@db.  It then show backup system failed even though my backup is connected to my PC.  I have version 5.1.0 it shows latest update.

Welcome JeanneC,

Can you tell us more about your system? operating system, version of 360 you are running, your backup destination, size of the backup set, space available on the backup location. Is that location local or online?
