Norton 360

Please help! I have installed a slightly older version of Norton 360 on my new laptop (Windows 7) and now the CD/DVD drive is not found in My Computer. I contacted the store where I got the laptop from and was told there was a patch on the Norton website. Please could someone let me know where I can find that? Many thanks in advance.

It looks like you may have to install the GEAR driver as outlined over here in this thread (Vineeth's post):

PS: If you are running Norton 360 version 4 (the only version which is currently compatible with Windows 7), please run LiveUpdate until you get all the latest patches and then reboot your computer.
