CD Key

I have norton 360 -5 and i have a problem i lost my activation key beacouse i restore my windows 7 now i can't install norton 360 so what i can do? i forgot but i still got receipt from comet and product key for online backup  and  cd  with serial number  from comet..

Hi stan,

         Welcome to Norton Community. After installing Norton360 did you registered an email address with it? If the answer is yes go here to access your Norton Account and sign->Download and install the Product, it will get activated and will show you the remaining subscription days.

no i didn't but one of my friend wich still has installed norton 360 with the same serial number, may be he can do and after that to get from him?

Hi stan,

         If he have the N360 in his PC then goto Documents folder and find a folder with the name symantec and inside that folder you can find the Text document with the Product Key.

There is a specific Forum for Norton 360 so I'll ask for your message to be moved over there or better exposure and to help others with the same problem.

 

You won't lose sight of it because a link will be left here.

Note to others here -- Stan is probably in the UK since he bought from Comet .....
