I have lost my internet connection and Norton 360 doesn't work. Can I get a CD-copy for renewed installment?

Welcome,
I'm not sure what you will do with a CD of the program. It will not work without an Internet connection. If you feel that it is the cause of the loss, that's a different problem. A bit more information would also be very helpful. Your operating system, which version of 360 are you running, any other security software installed, you know just the basics.
Thanks

As Dick says .... although we can give a link to download a file that you could use on a friend's computer, copy to thumbdrive or CD and then use on your PC .... once you have the internet connection sorted out.

Basics: Internet connection and Norton 360 ver. 6 disappeared simultaniously on restart of Win7. Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter does not Connect (red cross), Everything else looks normal? Any ideas?

Open Device Manager using an administrator account (simultaneously press Windows key and Pause). Look for your adapter under network adapters. Delete the adapter and reboot the computer. This should reinstall network drivers.
If 360 is there again, run a full scan in Safe Mode. If not, let us know and some other ideas will come your way.

Did you log in to Windows as Administrator? A standard user cannot delete a device.

What were the results of your scan? Can you now access the internet?
If not, go to Control Panel - Network and Internet - Network and Sharing Center and click on Troublshoot problems. Start with the Network adapter, then try the Internet Connection.

Thank you for asking. 20.941.761 elements scanned. No infection, nothing to do - no changes - still limited admittance to the internet. Windows cannot read the device-driver for the hardware Wan Miniport (IKEv2). Driver is possibly damaged or missung (code39). I am administrator, but cannot remove the hardware neither in safe-mode nor in normal-mode. Nothing happens when trying to!. ????????????
