Can someone help with Trojan? Additionally Browser Redirects

[ Edited ]

I have the same thing happening, but in addition, my browser (ie9 or firefox) is getting redirected sometimes. Don't know if it's the same problem or if they just both showed up at about  the same time. Norton 360 keeps telling me the trojan is solved, but it keeps coming back. 1st showed up late last night, reoccurred about every 4 min, still reoccurring but less often-- about every 10 min.

Info from n360 below:( last time I recorded it.)

Re: Can someone help with Trojan? Additionally Browser Redirects

Welcome,

Sorry we're meeting under these circumstances. I can recommend only two solutions. The first is to wait for user, volunteer Quads to see your message and respond. The other is to go to one of the sites listed below and work with only one of their experts. The rule is the same in all cases. You finish with the one that started the process. It is individual and please, no self-help fixes while you wait. They will only complicate the process.
