When I try to actiivate this, a window "Complete your Activation" opens with a requirement to sign into my Norton Account.
The email address is pre-completed and not one I recognise (it ias an extra ".n1" added to the domain name). I've checked email addresses and passwords on my norton account and can't seem to find any match there.
How can I change the email address to match my Norton Account with the subscription information.
Thanks

Welcome,
You should be able to edit the information shown.

I should have added on my original post that the option to change email address is greyed out :(

What is the version of 360 you are using? Support - About?
Did you purchase/sign up for Norton One?

v6.2.1.5
Not sure what Norton One is, but I've definitely got an option in Norton 360 to activate secure on line storage.
I checked on my laptop (which has another of the three licences). There I can change the rogue email address to the correct one and I can log in to my account.
However, if I try to activate on-line storage again, I still get the message "We have located your Norton Account. Please type your password below to sign in." Below is the rogue email address, it just seems to keep reappearing.

Check to see if your browser is using its' own password manager. Norton should have disabled this, but if something did not go properly, anything could have happened.
Does the same 'rogue email address' come up on different computers?
If you just type in your password, does it work?

Are you able to access your Norton Account with your email address?
https://www.mynortonaccount.com/amsweb/default.do
I would suggest you to try uninstall/reinstall with Norton Remove & Reinstall tool:
