Cannot Complete Online Backup

I just purchased 5gb of online space so I would have enough to back up my files.  This gives me a total of 7gb.  However, when I go to Manage Backup Sets under Tasks in 360 and try to use Secure Online Storage.  It says I have 0 (zero)kb available.  How do I get the product installed on my machine to recognize my online storage capability?

Welcome,

Quick question - have you rebooted? If you have, when you click on support -> get support what happens?

Thanks

Re: Cannot Complete Online Backup

I have rebooted at least three times.

When I click on support -> get support, a scan is run.  The result is that 360 has found no errors.  It also gives a link to web support.  I've looked through support, but have been unable to find a resolution.

Hi,

What is listed in your MyNortonAccount for your product? It should list your subscription key, your expiration date and the amount of online storage space you have.

If there are any errors there please contact customer support;

http://www.norton.com/chat

and they will work with you on a solution

Keep us posted
