I can access other secure sites but I can't access this site. I have Norton 360 and I have Windows 8 (brand new desktop). I have a home WiFi and I can access the website via my tablet but I need printing capabilities - so I need to get on via my desktop. I think it is a Norton 360 issue. How do I fix?

I just tried this:
and it came up OK but I'm in NIS 2012 on this machine so if that one does not work for you hang on for somone who knows N 360 better.
What Version ID of N 360 do you have? Check Support / About for the Version which is in the format nn.nn.nn.nnn where n is a number form 0 to 9
Is this a new computer delivered with WIndows 8 or an upgrade? If new, did it come with any trial security program installed and if so how did you remove it before installing N 360?
I see this on their site:
This EFTPS® tax payment service Web site supports Microsoft Internet Explorer for Windows and Mozilla Firefox for Windows.

Try restarting the computer.
Try a different browser, which is what I think huwyngr was pointing to at the end of his post.
Do search that will bring up in the results page this websites various URL’s then copy and paste the whole of one result one at a time into note pad its quicker than word then copy and paste the https://www.eftps.gov/eftps/ into the address bar at the top of the browser and click on the small arrow on the RHS of the text you have just entered, try it with the different supported browsers.

Here are the answers to your questions. I had Norton 360 on previous computer before it dumped on me. Bought a new computer that had Windows 8 on it and trial offer of Internet Explorer. I used the uninstall download from Norton site to get rid of trial version before downloading the Norton 360 from their website. My subscription is still valid for another 3-4 months.
The version is 184.108.40.206.
I use Internet Explorer 10 as my brouser.
Any other ideas? I can get onto other secure sites - just not EFTPS.gov. Is there a way to get Norton 360 to allow this site?

Thanks for the background. Sounds OK on the points I raised.
I don't know enough about N 360 and firewalls etc to guide you on the next step there but on IE 10 -- have you tried setting Compatibility Mode to ON? It's under the tools item on the Menu bar -- press the ALT key if you can't see that.

Thanks for the response. Just to clarify - trial version of Norton - not Internet Explorer - my bad.....
IE was already in Compatibilty mode...
I'll keep looking... wish there was a simple solutions.
