I am running Windows 7 with Norton 360 6.0.About a week ago everything slowed down alot. When I open programs that used to open immediately I have to wait about 10 seconds. My problems are first I cannot run a Full Scan It runs till I get to C:/ and it just keeps running stuck there I cant even shut it off untill I restart. Also when I run a Reputation scan it says cannot connect to Symantic server at the top and I cant get past that.I ran Malwarebytes, even a full scan for this monts Malicious security tool from Microsoft and I never come up with a virus.Do you think its the company I get my service from,I am gonna call them but decided to ask on here 1st.

Welcome,
I'm not experiencing any 'real' delays with connecting or the speed of the connection. It sounds like you have a clean system and a bad connection. I don't know what type of a connection you have but I've found that if I reboot the cable modem on my connection from time to time it seems to help it function more efficiently. Coomputer and router reboots don't hurt either.
It can't hurt to have a conversation with your ISP. They may be aware of a problem or you might be the first to advise them of one.

It sounds like you are having trouble with the programs on your computer, and not just with your internet connection.
You should run chkdsk on your system to check the health of your hard drive.
Open My Computer and right click on your system drive (C:). Click on Properties, and then on the tools tab. Under Error Checking, click on Check Now, accepting any User Account Control prompts. Check both options to Automatically fix file system errors, and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors. Click on Start. As this is the system drive, you will need to reboot for the scan to start. The scan will start automatically when the computer restarts.

After running the check disk, try uninstalling & reinstalling your Norton product using the Norton Remove & Reinstall tool:
