I keep getting a message "norton cannot find default web browser" when I try to purchase more storage space. I don't understand the message or how to fix it. Thanks to anyone who can help me.

Can you please explain a little bit more about the issue.
What product you are using?
And when you are getting this message? Either at the time of clicking on Buy More Storage in Norton online backup or Norton 360.

I am using Norton 360. I get the message when I click on "buy more storage space." I don't understand why it "cannot find my default web browser." I admit I am not a very computer savvy person and don't know how to get the problem fixed so I can buy more backup storage space. I also have gone to the Norton website and gone into my account and tried to buy the storage space that way but I run into the same problem. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Open the Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > Program tab. Make sure that you have set Internet explorer as default Web browser. Restart the computer, and then try to buy additional online space.
If the problem persists, please post a screenshot of the error message.

Thank you, yogesh_mohan, for your help. You solved my problem. It seemed so simple with your instructions but since I am not very computer literate I didn't have any idea how to solve the problem. Thank you again.
