Tried all versions of 360: 1, 2, 3. Version 3 reads all CD contents (of a 2 CD set) then report a blank screen, 0 files. Does not exist a .db file to delete. Some backup files can be open directly, so seems to be uncompressed. The 2 CDs set is intact, is possible to copy all files to hard disk.
Also, I do not know what version of 360 generated the backup.
Any help would be really apreciated

Please?
Could be missing the last disk? The first ones always do not have the .db file so listing/restoring contents is not possible without the last disk?
Thanks.

Hi David.
What version of Norton 360 was used to back these files up?
If these files were backed up using N360 v1, then you can drag and drop the files to your desktop, except for the "spanned" files, which will be split between two disks.
For v2 backups, you must have the last disc in the set.
For v3, you can use the ARestore.exe tool to restore any (non-spanned) file from any CD.
Does this help?

David,
When you look at the backup CDs using Windows Explorer, what files do you see in the root directory?
If you see ARestore.exe, you can get a version number by viewing the properties (right click on the filename, select properties, go to the "details" tab). That should help us determine what version of Norton 360 the files were backed up with.
Thanks,
-Bob
