Welcome,

Are you saying that you cannot use that username and password to access your backup files? Why? I can undeerstand that you can't do email because of the problem and that you need to change usernames, passwords, and security question responses where necessary but your Norton account should still be there and available. If I'm missing something please tell me. Also, you may need to contact customer support here;
