Norton 360

Recently added a Ceton InfiniTV 4 digital tuner and had trouble getting it to work.  I uninstalled Norton 360 and got it working.  Can you tell me what setting configurations I need to make in order to get both my tuner and Norton working together.

Can you check whether the device is been detected in the Network security Map. Open Norton 360 > Click Settings > Click My Network. This opens the Network Security Map window. Check whether you can see the TV tuner device in there. if it is there, add it to Full Trust.

I reinstalled, added full trust to the network map and after a few reboots, it seems to be working.  Thanks, seem to do the trick.
