I bought, onlin,e Norton 360 premium.

Unfortunately, I got a German language version

and I don't speak a single German word!

Is it possible to change the language into English?

You can download an English version from here and use the key from your downloaded version.

Choose the correct version

Norton 360 v4 Standard: www.norton.com/n360s_4

Norton 360 v4 Premier: www.norton.com/n360p_4

If you have installed the German version you should uninstall it via Add/Remove in the Control Panel then install the English version. After installation you should run liveupdate repeatedly, to download and install updates, until there are no more updates.

How did you get the german version? Have you ordered the English version? Please tell us the location or Web site from which you obtained the German version?

Hello Maisha

After you have installed the English version and you have run live update, please check your version and make sure it is version 4.1. If it isn't version 4.1 yet, please reboot your computer and run live update some more until you do get version 4.1. Some times it takes a while for version 4.1 to come thru live update.
