Hello, I have this Norton on two computers on the first one in the top left hand corner I have a clock, weather conditions and that my computer is safe or not. How do I get this items on my second computer? I cant remember how it was done.

Assuming your on Windows 7 right click the desktop (not an open window) and choose "Gadgets" from the menu.
