Ah I didnt realise I had. I have Norton 360, so that's the thread it should be in.
My computer is a bit more responsive but still doesn't let me do certain stuff and when I boot up Haktool.Rootkit is being detected

What and where is the file detected??

Hacktool.Rootkit is detected in C:\users\Ben\appdata\local\temp\xxgltgsc.sys

Unauthorized access blocked (protect virtual memory) showed up and it says actor file is c:\windows\system32\svchost.exe and the target is C:\ProgramFiles\Norton360\Engine\3.8.3.6\ccSvcHst.exe

I'm still also unable to access this website on my laptop

Also as I mentioned earlier, I have a mysterious new application file in my "Ben" folder.

Also just had a pop up saying an intrusion by 176.53.123.2 was blocked. Application path \Device\harddiskvolume3\windows\system32\svchost.exe
