My Norton started to detect 3 different Trojans every few minutes, Trojan.gen, Trojan.gen2, and Trojan.zeroacces.b and cannot remove it. I have tried also running Malawarebytes to no avail. It found 3 items and removed them but Noton still blocks those three virus's.

Welcome,
Sorry about the infection. Please wait for user Quads to respond. In the meantime please do nothing, no self-help fixes, etc. He will guide you through the clean up process. Just follow the instructions he provides you exactly.
Thanks

ANY other user other than the thread starter is not to use any instructions, scripts or proceedures, The work though in cleaning a system is individual and only for that system due to a number of factors.
Please do not run any tools unless instructed to do so.
1. Find
2. Break
3. Destroy
4. Cleanup (including system as a whole)
Please read every post completely before doing anything.
