Hi ablackcloak9,

What version of Norton 360 are you using?

I might be able to help. This looks like 360v3. I had an old Windows 98se that became so old Norton would not support it anymore. Win2000 and XPsp2 are obsolete now, and I think Norton, as it did to me, ceases support on it.Maybe there are no more updates to your pc. What are you running?

Re: Definition Update: N/A

Make sure that your system date and time are correct. If not, please correct it, and then run LiveUpdate.

If the issue persists, the best solution is to update to the latest version. You can download and install the latest version of your Norton product from the following Knowledge Base article.

http://www.symantec.com/norton/support/kb/web_view.jsp?wv_type=public_web&docurl=20090121104844EN

You are eligible for this free update only if you have a valid subscription for Norton 360 Version 3.0.

HI,

The Norton product in your Screen shot is not the latest one. it is Norton 360 Version 3.0. The latest version available now is Norton 360 Version 4.0. You can check this by going to Help & Support > About.

oulwsv.exe can be a file associated with Trojan.Dropper. Can you provide the file locations for these detection as shown in NPE?

Once you fix the threats, I suggest you to upgrade to the latest available version - Norton 360 4.2 which is available free for you since you have an existing subscription.
