whenver my pc is idle, norton 360 v4 starts full system scan..how to disable it ?

Unfortunately you can't.

What you can do is only change the waiting time before starting idle task.

To do that open Settings, click on Administrative Settings, and change the Idle Timeout to the last one avilable (30 minutes).
