I am hiving a problem with the links in e-mails sent to me by a certain online document management system that no one else seems to have. I have been requested to temporarily disable Norton e-mail scanning to see if the problem still exists. How do I do that?

Hi,
Open N360 and click on Settings > Antivirus and on the Scans and Risks tab look for Email Antivirus Scan and move the slider to OFF. Click Apply. I would suggest after your test to enable theis setting again.
