Does Norton 360 deal with Malware such as RATs?

I'm somewhat new to the Norton series and I was wondering, does Norton 360 deal with RATs or Remote Administrative Tools? I'm somewhat worried about it thinking I might have a RAT on my computer. Also, is MalwareBytes Anti-Malware a program I can trust?

malwareBytes can be trusted aslong as its from the above site versions from other sites might be dodgy though
