As of yesterday (8/27), when I turn my computer on, and click on a link that requires a log-in, I'm not prompted to log-in to Norton 360. I have to open Norton and log-in there and then the log-in info for the link appears.
In the past, I would always get a Log-In prompt at the top of the page.
Any idea why it no longer prompts me?

What version of 360 are you using? Support About
A couple of suggestions.
Have you run LiveUpdate manually a few times, rebooting as necessary, until no updates are available?
Try clicking on Support - Get Support to run Autofix to check your installation and fix what it finds.
Let us know if these help.

Thank you Peterweb for the response.
I am running ver 19.8.0.14
When I opened 360, it ran auto fix and update. All is current and no problems were found.
I then did a reboot and now I am getting the Log In prompt at the top of the page.
Consider this problem solved.
Thanks for your help. Much appreciated.

Good to hear you have things working again.
It is amazing how many issues can be solved with a reboot.
