Norton 360

I downloaded the Norton Download Manager from the Xfinity website.  I am running Windows 7 on a new hard drive.  I want to install Norton Security Suite.  I start download manager and it just sort of freezes and never makes any progress on the download.

Do you have any other realtime security programs installed?  If so they should be removed before attempting to download and install the NSS.

Did you Save the Download manager to your computer as opposed to selecting Run?

Did you right click the Download manager and select Run As Administrator?

In addtion to Phil's questions I'd like to ask if this was part of the entire Constant Guard Protection Suite install or the installation of NSS as a stand alone program?
