Download fail

I am trying to download a file that I know is safe, but Norton thinks that it is not.  What do I do now?

Sorry for the inconvenience. Please let me know the file details and detection details by Norton. You can go to the Security History or Quarantine in Norton and try restoring the file if it is present. You can also disable AutoProtect temporarily and then try downloading the file again.
