Downloading 360 4.0 Premier

I purchased 360 4.0 Premier recently for my Windows XP 2002 computer.  I cannot download from the website, which says it has not been downloaded.  I have read all the posts and tried everything suggested, downloading free malware and spyware software that was recommended, using Norton products off the site to do virus scans,... nothing has worked.  Any suggestions?

Did you try this download site ( you do mean you cannot download, not you cannont install ? )
