I am having the same problem and the problem has been ongoing for several years with the previous two verisons of Norton 360. I tried deleting the repository folder in the past using those previous editions with no success, so I eventually disabled optimization. Since installing the newest edition 6.2.1.5 the error has reappered. I retried deleting the repository folder and restarting using the forum instructions and the error remains. I have an HP m8100n machine running Windows 7 (64-bit), AMD X2 5600+ processor with 6GB ram. There is a D: recovery drive partition and several other drives with letters after D:, but no B: drive is installed.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
