I got suspicious email from “support@earthlink.net” (which is EarthLink’s support address, so it got pass the Phishing filter) saying that I had to click on a link and login to my EarthLink account within 48 hours or the account would be restricted. This of course throws up a number of big red flags, so instead of clicking the link, I called EarthLink support to find out what was going on and as I suspected the EarthLink customer service rep confirmed they would never send an email like that to their customers. I delete the email completely. So if you’re an EarthLink customer beware of this email.
