Norton 360

Help. There is a large popup box in the corner of my screen that I cannot remove. It has the Norton logo, along with a big red circle with an x and a heading that says "Email Error." The message says: "550 5.6.0 Required headers not found (see RFC2822 section 3.6)" Anybody know what to do about this?

Yes, I was sending e-mail at the time this popup arrived. There is an e-mail message referencing a "sending" error, but everything has been sent. These are related??

This is a sending error that originates from your email service provider.  Norton is merely displaying the notification, it is not generating the alert.  Check with your service provider to determine what might be causing this.
